About the Artist
Faiza is a self-taught artist who works mainly with acrylics and sometimes with mixed media, as she breathes life into abstract landscapes and still-life compositions. With a keen eye for detail and colour, Faiza's artwork uses both canvas and high-grade canvas paper, to translate her artistic journey. Drawing inspiration from the world around her, Faiza's abstract landscapes invite colours and shapes that intertwine to evoke memories of her own experiences and memories of her own environment. In her still-life pieces, she plays with hues and highlights, infusing everyday objects with newfound vibrancy and colour.
