Joel Tonks

Joel Tonks is a multidisciplinary visual artist working between Orange NSW and Melbourne VIC. Working across painting, ceramics, photography and multimedia, his works explore the intersections of art, science, and everyday life, as well as the significance of the landscape to the Australian identity. His latest works focus on his local regional landscape and the variety of life it supports. Joel holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts Honours from the University of Wollongong, majoring in visual arts.
