Geraldine Richards

Geraldine Richards is a visual artist and painter who makes art on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung in Naarm Melbourne. She graduated with a Master’s in Fine Art in 2022 and has had a daily art for more than two decades. Geraldine has been exhibiting her artwork across Australia for many years. She had a solo exhibition with Michael Reid Northern Beaches, NSW in 2025 and two solo exhibitions with Art at St Francis in Melbourne in 2023 and 2019. In 2024 Geraldine’s artwork was shortlisted for the Forty Five Downstairs Gallery Emerging Art Awards and the Biennale of Colour and Light at Westend Art Space Melbourne. She was in a group show at No Vacancy in Melbourne, selected as a finalist for the Mornington Peninsular Art Prize and The Doyles Art Prize (QLD) all in 2025. So far in 2026 she has been short listed for the Inside the Box Art Prize (NSW) and Tattersall’s Club Art Award (Qld).
