Florence Wang

Every painting has a story and is a story, sometimes being told by the artist, sometimes on its own. I am a multidisciplinary visual artist currently based at Abbotsford Convent in Melbourne. My art practice in painting focuses on the narrative aspects of subject matters and using them for storytelling. I primarily paint in oil, acrylic and at occasion watercolour. I take an interest broadly in landscape, portraiture and still life that represent or is part of everyday experience.
