Christine Moult

Christine is a self taught Sydney based artist working on Camaraigal land. Coming from a background of food and design, she's influenced by local artisans and the every-day inspirations that surrounds her. Christine paints oil on board, using 'alla prima'. She distills the interplay of light on objects and in the landscape, creating brightness and shadows through her loose brush strokes and use of colour. She draws inspiration from the understated beauty in simple everyday moments and the ever changing light on the landscape.
